Case Manager Supervisor -COLUMBUS in
York, Nebraska
- Manage rate of participant non-compliance
- Hold weekly team meetings
- Schedule individual supervision sessions with staff at least quarterly
- Participate in monthly unit meetings
- Ensure ongoing and open communication with staff and peers
- Ensure that application process is completed and initiated in database/software in a timely fashion as required by contract
- Review comprehensive service plans
- Ensure that case managers are monitoring clients progress toward goal of self sufficiency
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelors degree in related field, Masters Degree preferred
- Five years of related as well as two years employee supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with culturally diverse population
- Ability to work across all levels of management and staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
