Description

A growing company dedicated to providing high-quality products is seeking a proactive and energetic Sales Assistant to join their team immediately. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with various sales-related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our sales department.   • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales-related documents and reports.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing product information, pricing details, and order status updates as needed.

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations, meetings, and events, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and arranging travel accommodations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using our CRM system.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

  • Assist with the processing of sales orders, including verifying product availability, generating invoices, and coordinating shipments with the logistics department.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

  • Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the sales manager or team leader.

    Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
