TEKsystems Customer Care Specialist in Westminster, Colorado
Description:
-Will be supporting Back Up Care team
-Work with a number of client companies
-Will be taking inbound calls from employees at their client and/or placing outbound calls to internal networks to help find a solution while they continue to work their normal day
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Minimum 1-year customer service, help-desk, and/or call center
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to document content of phone
conversations accurately
-Exceptional organizational and time management skills, in addition to, the ability to work closely
with other team members and departments
