Charles Schwab Sr Manager, Digital Product Management in Westlake, Texas

Duties : Performs advanced software development, support and implementation of complex systems using specialized domain knowledge and highly developed business expertise. Collaborates with scrum teams, stakeholders, and business partners to define key business indicators for their features (funnel rates, error frequency) or product. Designs experiments and structures evaluations of whether product solutions will be valuable, usable, feasible, and viable. Partners with 1st and 2nd line risk to ensure alignment with firm risk appetite and integrates risk management principles into everyday decision-making. Uses research techniques to identify common client pain points and define right solutions to address them. Identifies product vulnerabilities or potential impacts to client privacy and effectively prioritizes and balances risk and security needs among the team’s work to ensure compliance. Develops a 12-monthfeature set roadmap and release plan. Defines both functional and non-functional acceptance criteria needed for a complete product. Position allows for 100% remote work. Reports to company HQs in Westlake, TX.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $146,932 to $246,800 per year

What you have

Job Requirements : BBachelor's degree in Computer and Information Technology, Engineering, Technology Commercialization, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-bachelor's related experience, or Master's degree in Computer and Information Technology, Engineering, Technology Commercialization, or related field plus 3 years of related experience.

Experience must include some experience in each of the following skills: Creating software development roadmap using JIRA software and using JQL for JIRA querying; Tableau software to create reports on consumer and account insights and DB2 SQL Querying to track the API traffic data; A/B testing and weighted shortest job first (WSJF) prioritization techniques; Creating API’s reliability, daily operations, and performance reporting dashboard using Splunk; Splunk data querying for API’s daily consumptions data analysis, reliability and application performance data analysis and research; and API Development.
