Description We are in search of a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in West Middlesex, Pennsylvania. This role involves managing customer communication through chat, email, and phone calls, and is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a flexible hybrid schedule. On-site presence is only required on Thursdays.

Responsibilities:

• Proficiently handle customer communications through chat, email, and phone calls

• Assist in maintaining an effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams for efficient data management and team communication

• Manage customer accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

• Contribute to the customer success efforts by understanding and addressing customer needs

• Use the Salesforce platform for managing customer interactions and data

• Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer service and satisfaction

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce Platform

• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams

• Experience in managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively

• Proven track record in customer success and relationship building

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Problem-solving skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
