The Accountant/Controller responsibilities include preparing financial reports and budgets, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, account analysis, and performing other accounting duties are assigned.

Process Account Payable and Payroll checks and generating reports. Investigate and resolve variances in all balance sheet and general ledger accounts.

Lead the month-end closing processes Account Payable, Account Receivable, and Payroll. Prepare financial packet, analyses, and monthly reports.

Bachelor\'s or Associate\'s Degree in Accounting or related field required. Three plus years work experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, QuickBooks, and MRI Software (preferred). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work with little to no supervision.

Must be able to travel out of town occasionally for meetings and training workshops.
