Description Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking a full time Care Coordinator for our Birth to Three Program. The Birth to 3 Program is a federally-mandated Early Intervention program in support of families of children with developmental delays or disabilities We work to enhance the child\'s development and support the family\'s knowledge, skills and abilities as they interact with and raise their child. After a training period, this role will have remote flexibility when not at home visits with clients. The team does meet at the Waukesha office every other Tuesday as well.
