POSITION DUTIES: Engage in year-round landscape, outdoor maintenance, and snow removal projects. Install landscaping features, plant flowers and greenery, and work on restoration projects. Maintain grounds by weeding, mowing, trimming lawns and flower beds, mulching, pruning, etc. Apply pesticides, herbicides, and plant treatments. Engage in winter maintenance including snow removal, shoveling, and applying sand/salt to ice areas. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Operate equipment and encourage safety on the team. Load and unload material and equipment. Review plan designs and provide team leadership. Maintain and repair tools, including winterizing. Drive manual truck and trailer. Engage in short-term travel to unanticipated client sites in Sussex County, New Jersey; Pike County, Pennsylvania; and Orange County, New York.
