We're looking for a Transport Scheduler base on our Braeside’s Depot, a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Administration of mobilisation and de-mobilisation / delivery of equipment and material to all new and existing project sites across defined territories, ensure submission of necessary documentation and update relevant systems and databases.

  • Ensure correct documentation of import and export processes for all materials and related equipment, liaising with appropriate authorities, as necessary.

  • Administration of required cargo/driver documentation and certifications.

  • Responsible for collection and delivery of equipment to and from customer sites.

  • Develop and maintain direct lines of communication with all transport suppliers to ensure all requirements are met.

  • Produce relevant performance monitoring data with regard to On Time in Full and transport recoveries and identify suitable equipment to fulfil contract requirements.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • University Degree/Specialised Diploma/Vocational Training.

  • Previous experience in a transport/equipment coordination role. Experience in International Logistics is an advantage but not essential.

  • A Solutions driven problem solver.

  • Ability to self-direct and self-manage.

  • Collaborative team player with acute attention to detail.

  • Possess tip-top organisational skills, a can-do attitude and amazing communication skills.
