GoTo Cash Application Specialist in Hungary

Where you’ll work: Anywhere in Hungary

Your Day to Day

As a Cash Application Specialist, you would be responsible for:

  • Day to day management of various incoming customer payments, posting to appropriate accounts and invoices and management of customer refunds

  • Resolving unapplied payments in timely manner, processing workflows in NetSuite, participating month-end closing tasks, support ad-hoc audit requests

  • Investigating customer overpayments and do the necessary steps to refund to keep the ledger clean, working with bank to investigate and apply customer payments

  • Making recommendations and implement process improvements, creating Journal Entries related to tax refunds, leases etc. and supporting manager with KPI reporting

What We’re Looking For

As a Cash Application Specialist, your background will look like:

  • Preferably have Finance or Accounting degree

  • Having at least 1-3 years work experience in Finance (preferably in SSC)

  • Having experience using NetSuite or other Tier 1 ERP reporting package is a plus

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel

  • Fluent written and oral English knowledge

  • Being able to communicate at multiple levels of the organization and have strong work ethic, wanting to learn and be challenged

  • Having a positive, self-driven and motivated personality

  • Being a great team player, sharing best practices, supporting changes positively, and managing their time effectively.
