This is for an Executive Assistant for a Church (Non Profit)

$25.00- $28.00/HR

Duties:

• Sets up Travel ministry engagement; speaking arrangements Hotel Guests coming into our church, singers coordination.

• Organized detailed Communication with church members

• Email and professionalism: 24 hour turnaround time

• Acknowledging a response Proofreading Calendars

• Assisting in presentation sermon slides and graphics make the PowerPoints

• Must be comfortable in: Adobe suite pdf, print MS Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.

• Quick turnaround extremely organized works at a quick pace switch and move to next task Cultural norms; switch tasks quickly

• Non profit background; does need to be a part of church

• Manage expenses; vouchers management Triage call Resourceful;

• Reasonable judgement
