POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position is a full-time position. Work will be on-site at our office at 111 Goose Alley, Urbana(position is not remote). Some evenings and weekends may be required for special events.

Duties

Responsibilities anticipated, but not limited to:

1. Coordinate the continued rollout of the Champaign County Pilot Community Mediation Program, including the ongoing development of program and outreach materials.

2. Ability to spearhead outreach and marketing initiatives with support from the programs manager. This includes attending community events, building relationships with community stakeholders, and presenting about mediation and conflict resolution. Create marketing and outreach materials, including social media posts, flyers, and PowerPoint presentations.

3. Expand and cultivate engaged volunteer pool by providing ongoing support to volunteers. Research and utilize best practices in volunteer management.

4. Work with the Executive Director and Programs Manager to schedule and host annual community mediation training.

6. Administer cases entering the Program. This may include scheduling, intakes, volunteer assignment, mediating as necessary, and updating all case management systems and other duties as assigned.

7. Outcome reporting on all cases. Must ensure all required data is promptly and properly entered into the provided online case management system. Monthly and quarterly program statistics will be required.

8. All other tasks assigned by the Programs Manager or Executive Director
