Rainier Industries, a local manufacturing organization with a long, established history, is looking for a General Laborer to join our metal fabrication team.  In this role you will assist with a wide range of processes such as inventory, preparing material for jobs (pulling material, cutting, punching, deburring) and shop cleanliness. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a trade in metal work. No prior experience is required, on-the-job training will be provided.    

The ideal candidate will have/be: 

• Ability to learn how to use hand and pneumatic/vibratory tools.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage own time effectively.
• Ability to read a measuring tape.
• Able to stand & walk for most of the shift.
• Understanding of the importance of quality work.
• Dependable, responsible, and reliable.
• Positive attitude that contributes to a positive work environment.

Compensation: This is an hourly position, eligible for overtime. The pay range is $18.29-$21.00 per hour.
