Paul Reed Smith Guitars, one of the world’s premier guitar and amplifier manufacturers located in Stevensville, MD is seeking a qualified individual to fill the full-time onsite position of Business Intelligence (BI) Developer.

Summary of the Business Intelligence (BI) Developer:

The BI Report Developer role designs, develops and implements production ready data reporting solutions for the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Business Intelligence (BI) Developer:

• Design, develop and implement BI reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine report requirements.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the reports.

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of reporting tools.

• Provide training and support to business users on BI reporting tools.

• Maintain documentation for all reports and dashboards.

Experience Requirements and Competencies for the Business Intelligence (BI) Developer:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant commensurate experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience as BI Developer, 3 years preferred

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries

• Experience with TARGIT BI preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI preferred

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across the company.

• High attention to detail and sense of urgency

• Able to meet deadlines.

• Positive attitude, constantly raising the performance bar, being proactive.

• Hands on approach. Willingness to roll up sleeves and dig into projects.

• Time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills
