We are hiring for a full-time Community Support Program Clinical Coordinator/Mental Health Professional. Our CSP Clinical Coordinator/MHP oversees the coordination and facilitation services for consumers enrolled in the Community Support Program (CSP) and Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), and provides services to clients with mental health challenges. This position reviews assessments and service plans and provides case consultation, as well as, conducts eligibility screens, and mental health assessments. The CSP Clinical Coordinator/MHP ensures consumers receive the following: assessment services, service planning, service delivery, and supportive activities in an appropriate, person-centered, and timely manner. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 3,000 hours of supervised clinical practice. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Other: A Monroe County application is required.
