JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1st Community Credit Union is a mid sized credit union with three branch locations serving 14 counties in southwest Wisconsin. Our mission is to provide the financial services needed by our members/owners. Our Sparta branch is currently seeking to backfill an Assistant Branch Manager position. In this position, one would assist the Branch Manager with the overall operation of the credit union branch. Provide leadership, coaching and motivation to the staff to drive branch and organizational goals. Some of the essential functions of your day would be scheduling staff, answering routine to complex questions on our products and services, policies and procedures. Solve escalated member problems or work related matters. Assist the Branch Manager with branch security, provide back-up for member services, new accounts and consumer lending filing in for peak coverage or shortages. This position would also assist with team development, leadership and coaching of the Member Service Representative team. Assist in the interview process of hiring new staff and act as the Branch Manager or Member Service Lead in the absence of that person. This position requires an individual who is a leader with good communication skills, is organized and has an ability to multi-task. This is a member/customer service position, so our selected applicant must like service type work and have the ability to work with all different personalities and learning styles.
