JOB TITLE: Construction Laborer

MUSTS: Must be able to pass background check and possible drug screening. Must be dependable and have reliable transportation to and from work. Must have an excellent work ethic and a somewhat flexible schedule. Must have basic knowledge of tools. Must have good communication skills and be able to work individually as well as with a team. Must have basic knowledge of tools and be able to perform the physical requirements of the job.

SKILLS: Prefer previous construction experience, but not required. The employer is willing to train.

DUTIES:Will perform general construction duties, clean job sites, and assist with gathering tools. May build or remodel various structures, etc. Will perform other related duties as assigned by the employer. Will work outdoors and possibly indoors with normal associated risks.

WAGES: $20 per hour, depending on qualifications. May consider assistance for fuel, depending on the applicant. Paid bi-weekly.

BENEFITS: None at this time.

JOB TO START: Immediately. As soon as qualified applicants are hired.

DURATION: This is a permanent position after passing the probationary period.

SHIFT: This is a full-time job of approximately 40 hours per week. Will generally work Monday-Friday with the possibility of some Saturday work Exact hours will be assigned by the Employer.
