This is a Global Product Specialist position with a company in Senatobia, MS.

Summary: In this role, you will work in an Agile Team, performing various activities to support both product development and product release on the market as well as to maintain the portfolio along the whole product life cycle. You will report to the ACBs Air Circuit Breaker Chapter Lead.

Responsibilities: Evaluation of market size and trends, competitor analyses including identification of offering gaps. Collecting and analysing standards, market requirements, customer needs and values as an input for future product development. Identifying new area of development or enhancements, and creating innovative solutions to meet customers' needs. Being part of the product development process from market specification to product launch. Supporting customers and sales team on application and technical topics. Contributing to determining sales targets for sales force. Collaborating to define and develop marketing tools and promotion activities. Delivering new product training. Elaborating and verifying product positioning and price lists with sales team. Managing product ecosystem including master data, design and configuration tools.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electric, Mechanical or Management Engineering and 5 years in product management. Experience in organization working with agile methodology and mindset strongly preferred. Be willing and able to travel 20%-30%
