Lead the ideation, development and launch of new ad formats (video, display, next generation experiences) that drive value for both advertisers and Snapchatters. Define, manage, and execute against a long-term product roadmap. Collaborate with AR and Core Ad engineering, design, data science, product marketing, research, legal and other product teams to build products that accelerate revenue growth. Communicate strategy to ensure having the support and comprehension needed to be successful. Understand the needs of both advertisers and Snapchatter to drive high-quality, rapid product launches. Work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, product marketers, data scientists, and researchers to imagine and develop the future of Snapchat's ads.  Required education/experience: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Analytics or other quantitative related field plus five (5) years of experience in product management or closely related experience; OR Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Analytics or other quantitative related field plus seven (7) years of experience in product management or closely related experience.  Required Skills: Knowledge and/or experience in: Product management experience. Project management experience. Experience in data analytics and A/B testing. Experience with SQL. Familiarity with digital advertising and customer demand.
