Description

Robert Half is currently partnering with a company in the Entertainment and Media industry, looking for an Analyst to join their team. In this analyst role, you will be reviewing contract terms around payouts and billing, calculating payout rates, and tracking additional payout information for compliance purposes. This is a multi-faceted role where you will wear a lot of hats!

Duties:

-Verify payment terms based on contracts

-Maintain payment and account information

-Review contracts for compliance and update payment terms

-Reconcile payment information

-Respond to any inquiries on payout issues or contract issues

-Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes as needed

-Handle invoice/cost review/approval workflow

Requirements

-Prior experience working with billing disputes

-Prior experience with contracts

-Analytics and/or Analyst background desired

-Experience working in the entertainment/media industry a plus
