Under the direction and general supervision of the Community Development Director and Finance Director, the Office Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk processes disbursements; compiles disbursements for City Council approval; sends out payments; maintains accounts payable files; receives incoming phone calls and emails; provides information and answers to inquiries; directs inquiries to the appropriate department; processes permit; maintains permit, license, and address files; provides scheduling support; and provides assistance to walk-in customers.
