Looking for a self motivated personality who has experience working on single or multiple projects. Must be able to do the following:

• Take direction and work well with others
• Be a self starter with a motivated personality that can execute task with minimal supervision
• Be a problem solver, hard working, punctual and reliable
• Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
• Be able to work indoors and outdoors
• Must be personable, professional, and willing to converse with customers
• Maintain a clean bench and work environment
• Have a valid/Clean Driver's License
• Able to diagnose, service and repair boats
• Write up work orders and repairs
• Accurately estimate jobs and source/research parts
• Utilize a compact tractor to move boats
• Haul trailers with company truck
• Shrink wrap and winterize boats in the fall months
• Clean yard, pick up shrink wrap, blocks etc
• Sweep

Growing Marine repair/storage facility in Rose City, Mi. No experience required, willing to train. Hours are Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, Saturdays 8:30am-4:00pm- Some OT available. Wages based on experience.
