Aston Carter Accounts Payable/HR Assistant in Portland, Oregon

Top Skills' Details:

• 2-3 years of Accounts Payable Invoice Processing Experience

• Experience with AP 3-way match with PO invoices

• Experience with any ERP Accounting software – Syspro preferred

• Experience with attendance/time cards software – ADP Preferred

• Experienced with Microsoft Excel (Pivots & VLOOKUPS)

Description:

Accounts Payable:

-Enter AP invoices into the company's accounting system

-Match invoices (2 way matching) with corresponding purchase orders (PO invoices) for accuracy

-Print invoices as needed for internal records and distribution

-Reconcile invoices and resolve andy discrepancies in a timely manner

-Assist with invoice processing and reconciliation when required

HR SUPPORT

-Assist with time and attendance using ADP

-Provide light support in accessing and navigating the ADP system for basic inquiries

-Stamp and prepare employee payment stubs for mailing

-Ensure timely and accurate distribution of payment stubs to employees via mail

FILING

-Maintain an organized filing system for AP and HR documents and records

-Ensure all files are properly labeled and stored according to company guidelines

-Ensure invoices are properly filed and organized for easy retrieval

SPREAD SHEET MANAGMENT

-Manage excel spreadsheets related to AP and HR updating data and generating reports as needed

-Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within spread sheets
