Description We are currently seeking a dedicated Office Manager for a short-term contract employment opportunity in Plymouth, Minnesota. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining an efficient and productive office environment. This role encompasses a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and administration, providing immense value to the team's operations and overall function within the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee general office operations and ensure an efficient and productive working environment.

• Utilize skills in workstation support to manage and maintain office equipment and software.

• Handle incoming calls professionally, providing a high level of phone presence.

• Coordinate video conferencing and virtual meetings to foster collaboration and communication within the team.

• Leverage knowledge of the healthcare industry to manage and facilitate office procedures.

• Provide offshore team support, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between different geographical locations.

• Use R code skills to perform data analysis and report generation as needed.

• Implement and manage TRICARE and NIS systems to ensure compliance and efficiency in healthcare-related tasks.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to team culture and dynamics.

• Manage the daily scheduling of work hours, coordinating both day and night shifts as per the team requirements. Requirements • Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role

• Demonstrated skills in Workstation Support

• Excellent phone presence with effective communication skills

• Proficiency in video conferencing tools and software

• Familiarity with HealthCare.gov and its functionalities

• Knowledge of R Code and its applications

• Experience in managing offshore teams or projects

• Understanding of TRICARE health program

• Proficiency in Network Information Service (NIS)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software such as MS Office Suite

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
