TEKsystems is currently searching for qualified candidates to fill openings for a Fraud Account Takeover position in Pensacola, FL with a Fortune 100 Company!

Description:

Fraud Account Takeover is a back office, heavy administrative position that involves strictly reviewing accounts for fraudulent occurrences. Employees with be specialized on Zelle accounts, working in a que of Zelle requests and fraudulent alerts. Employees must get resolution within 24 hours on the fraud cases.

Responsibilities:

To identify, review, investigate fraud activity, claims/cases and risk exposures from various delivery channels. Review transactional activities, internal/external

inquiries, and perform investigations to protect its members’ financials and assets, and control and mitigate potential fraud loss. Ensure adherence to applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations. Work is performed

under close supervision.

Pay: $15.50 hourly

Training: 1 month of training Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (ONSITE)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Location: First 3 months ONSITE required -- after the first 3 months, will then move to hybrid schedule 2 days a week onsite

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

• 2-3 years of recent experience in banking, financial, or legal field

• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, production environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel

• Strong data entry skills

• Attention to detail

• Strong written/verbal communication skills
