A Quality Engineer with 5+ years of experience hands-on electrical and mechanical engineering experience including lean, 8d problem solving, quality systems, and quality inspection equipment is needed in Peachtree City, GA. This person will work directly with assembly and fabrication to uncover root cause. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication.

• Works with the assembly and fabrication teams to develop methods for process control, process improvement and quality.

• QC testing

• Part runoffs

• Implements and analyzes quality standards for components and finished goods.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical or related engineering field.

• 5+ years Quality Control in a manufacturing environment.

• 8d problem solving techniques

• Lean principles and ISO

• Experience with Sheet Metal fabrication or other industrial fabrication is desired.
