Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to assist in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with our finance team to provide insights that drive business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and support the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and forecasts

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, standards, and best practices

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or related role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Familiarity with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, financial planning tools)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  Nice to Have:

• Certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA)

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis best practices
