Production Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Follow instruction sheet to properly assemble upfits into vehicles - Identify and correct defects in product or workmanship - Use hand tools to assemble and attach pieces - Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction - Ensure implementation of quality and safety procedures - Work with other associates to set up machine, and stack, mark, pack, and transport finished parts - Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Production Associate Requirements: - Experience in automotive or electrical assembly a plus - Regularly lift up to 35lbs - Stand for entire shift - Reach and grab with hands and arms - Stoop, bend, and kneel as needed - Ability to read a tape measure to an 16th of an inch - Ability to read and understand work instructions and bar graphs - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Good eye and hand coordination
