Entegra Noram is hiring a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Leader . This individual will be a steward of Entegra’s fourth pillar – Corporate Social Responsibility. They will develop Entegra’s Go to Market Strategy for CSR working cross functionally within Entegra, with Supply Management and with other CSR Leaders within Sodexo. They will be the liaison to our client organizations helping them to achieve their CSR goals through utilization of existing resources and the development of a comprehensive CSR Advisory Service.

This position will work diligently to ensure Entegra reaches our sustainability and inclusivity goals through the development and execution of Entegra’s environmentally conscious solutions, network of diverse manufacturers and suppliers, and culture of social responsibility.

This position is virtual and will office from your home office with the preferred candidate residing East Coast!

The successful candidate will:

• Be a SME in Sustainability and advocate for Corporate Social Responsibility

• Develop, implement and Support Entegra’s strategic vision for CSR with an emphasis on initiatives that are deemed important to Entegra’s Clients and Entegra and align to Sodexo’s Better Tomorrow plan.

• Work cross functionally with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Support the Entegra NorAm HARP Initiative working closely with Supply Management and Suppliers.

• Partner with Entegra Global and local Entegra HR team to minimize our impact on the environment.

• Develop and implement social & inclusion impact programs that positively contribute to the local communities, including partnership and volunteering opportunities as well as promoting the Stop Hunger foundation activities within Entegra and its network.

• Create and maintain communications and resources for the greater Entegra Team to satisfy Entegra CSR commitments and client needs, collaborating with various stakeholders and suppliers as necessary.

• Manage the P&L and have accountability for Entegra CSR revenue generated by services that we will offer to our clients as an Advisory Service – this is a shared responsibility with Entegra’s Operational Teams.

• Engage and interact with Entegra clients.

• Stellar communication skills including the ability and willingness to present on a variety of sustainability topics to both internal and external audiences.

• Ability to work cross functionally across a global and highly matrixed organization.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Functional Requirement – 5+ years of experience in the areas of sustainability, health and wellness, corporate social responsibility and sustainability or operations
