Robert Half Property Administrator in New York, New York

Description We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Property Administrator in New York, New York, United States. This role involves administrative tasks related to property management and requires skills in accounting software systems, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, accounting functions, accounts payable (AP), correspondence, documentation, and insurance. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee properties to ensure they are in good condition and well-maintained.

• Use accounting software systems to manage financial aspects of the property including billing and accounts payable.

• Operate JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for advanced real estate management tasks.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for creating reports, presentations, and documentation related to property administration.

• Communicate effectively with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders through Microsoft Outlook.

• Perform accounting functions such as preparing financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Handle accounts payable tasks including processing payments and reconciling invoices.

• Draft and manage correspondence related to property administration.

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to property management including contracts, agreements, and lease documents.

• Coordinate with insurance companies for property insurance matters. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems is required.

• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is necessary.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites is necessary.

• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Outlook is important.

• Knowledge of accounting functions is required.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.

• Excellent correspondence abilities are essential.

• Strong documentation skills are required.

• Knowledge of insurance procedures and policies is necessary.
