Windsor Court Hotel Front Desk Agent in New Orleans, Louisiana

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner

  • Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding appointments and reservations information

  • Manage the reception area and maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency

  • Operate booker system to schedule appointments and manage guest information

  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is required

  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment and a flexible schedule

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong cash-handling skills

  • Ability to operate the booker system
