JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job TitleAI and Data Portfolio Lead Job Description SummaryThe AI and Data Portfolio Lead is part of the global TDS PMO organization and reports into the Head of the Technology PMO. The AI and data portfolio lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of AI and data solutions across our organization. You will work closely with other senior leaders to define the vision, strategy, governance and roadmap for AI and data initiatives. This role is also responsible for managing and mentoring a team of project professionals to deliver the technology programs and projects. This is a player-coach role, and therefore the Portfolio Lead may also manage specific major projects as assigned. Job Description Candidate Background The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and leading a data-driven organization or transforming an existing organization into a data-driven one.A critical success factor for this roleis the ability to strategically align data and AI projects with Cushman & Wakefield\'s long-term goals. This includes a keen understanding of emerging technologies and market trends, the capacity to prioritize initiatives based on value generation and risk assessment, and the skill to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
