About the role: Are you ready to take your career in agile methodology to the next level? We're seeking a seasoned and practiced professional to join us as a Scrum Master. With over 3 years of experience in the field, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our organization's agility and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on the needs of the team and the customer to create a collaborative, psychologically safe environment.

  • Coaching the Product Owner in product management techniques and tools.

  • Establishing and embedding Scrum values and principles.

  • Coaching the team to increase their effectiveness through their understanding and application of scrum roles, ceremonies, artifacts, mindsets & behaviors.

  • Encouraging organizational change to support business agility.

  • Developing an organization-wide profile as an approachable and competent agilist, able to influence leaders.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM 1, or SAFe Agilist/Scrum Master).

  • Experience as a Scrum Master in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).

  • Able to put themselves in the shoes of business stakeholders, with rich cross-functional experience highly desirable.

  • Strong leader, educator & coach.

  • An excellent communicator, active listener & motivator.
