Amazon Senior HR Manager in Luxembourg, Luxembourg
Description
The Sr. HR Manager will manage HR Partners supporting a diverse client group of non-tech and tech teams across GDS, and operate as per the defined RACI and operating model. The role works in partnership with HRBP leaders across the EU and US in driving enhanced employee experience and efficient processes which makes the PXT org a highly leveraged, value adding organization.
Key job responsibilities
Set up the right metrics, goals and inspection mechanisms for the team to ensure customer delivery and efficiencies of scale are balanced and intact
Review metrics assigned via HRSC tool and ensure improvement as needed towards SLAs, Customer Experience and HR Processes
Deep dive into different categories of queries to look at opportunities for standardization and optimization and to drive process improvements at scale through HR Partners
Drive efficiencies and drive continuous improvements in various processes like query resolution, engagement with employees, and data reporting needs
Drive synergies through coordinating with line HR leaders and COE teams
Set up the right operating rhythms and share insights across common areas and business specific areas
Set goals for individuals to achieve department or function level goals
Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports to help grow individual functional skills and leadership capability, with support from senior managers

Basic Qualifications
A degree
Ability to influence and partner across different levels of the organization to achieve results
Business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
Written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring multi-tasking abilities
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to ensure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions
Proven ability to deliver results through team members
Experience of end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
Presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws
Preferred Qualifications
Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources
Experience in dealing with contingent workforce
Ability to analyze organization and individual needs and create the most cost-effective package to meet them
Exposure to multi-state and international employment law
Ability to influence and drive initiatives with Global HR partners
