Description

A renowned Healthcare Organization in Los Angeles is looking for Senior Staff Accountant to join their team. The Senior Staff Accountant will be in charge of preparing and verifying financial documents, overseeing general ledger operations, and managing junior accounting staff. Key responsibilities include performing monthly balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow analysis; administering the annual budget and forecasting; and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They also provide guidance on financial principles and interpret accounting policy and regulatory guidelines. A deep understanding of accounting procedures, problem-solving skills, and prowess in spreadsheet software are crucial.
