We are looking to recruit an Accounting Manager/Supervisor for our retail stores based in Londonderry, New Hampshire. This role encompasses overseeing the accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in managing credit card transactions, bank reconciliations, and daily accounting duties such as invoice processing and bill payments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounting operations in retail stores, including cash management and deposits

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Handle outsourced Payroll and ensure all employees are leased appropriately

• Oversee credit card transactions, including their entry and reconciliation

• Manage cash, ensuring accurate reconciliation

• Handle daily accounting tasks, including invoice processing, bill payments, and bank reconciliation

• Generate monthly position reports and ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Collaborate with CPA to run reports as needed

• Proficiently use QuickBooks for various accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Experience in Billing Functions and managing Intercompany Accounts

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks

• Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledge of Automated Payroll systems

• Experience in managing Credit Card Payments and Credit Card Reconciliation

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
