job summary:

As a Construction Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of general contractors, subcontractors, testing agencies, budgets, and schedules for the general construction of complex buildings. Your duties will include conducting on-site inspections, coordinating construction activities, administering construction contracts, and presenting status reports to project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess over a decade of experience in industrial construction projects, with a specific focus on building construction. They must demonstrate a robust understanding of construction techniques and methods, proficiency in reviewing drawings and their practical application, and hold OSHA 30, and a 510 is preferred. Additionally, they should exhibit the capability to efficiently manage construction schedules on various timescales and have a high level of competency in using the Microsoft Office suite for documentation and communication purposes. This is a long-term contract role, and some living assistance will be considered for qualified regional candidates.

  • Implement building construction projects to support site development

  • Coordinate construction scheduling and communication among stakeholders

  • Manage daily construction activities and provide support for RFIs (Requests for Information)

  • Supervise construction activity in the field to ensure compliance with plans and specifications

  • Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors and other relevant parties

  • Develop and present project status reports for management review
