303.37 - Job Description - Material Handler or Forklift Operator Position Reports to: General Manager

General Function: It is the responsibility of each employee of the Company to understand and promote the Company Mission Statement and Statement of Values while adhering to the Company Code of Conduct. The primary responsibility of this position is the loading and unloading of trucks, pulling orders, cleaning the yard and warehouse areas, and assisting customers.

Experience:None required.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: The skill to operate a forklift and to pass the Forklift Operator Written Licensing Exam; good math and reading skills.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Unloading vendor trucks Receiving and unloading trucks. Storing all incoming materials in proper location promptly. Inventory. Assisting with inventory cycle counts. Maintaining inventory in a neat and logical manner. Ensuring no materials leave the yard or warehouse without a ticket. Pulling orders for shipment. Safety.
