Job Purpose

Participates in the financial reporting and analysis function for the Company. Provides direct support to the monthly production of financial information. Provides support related to other accounting functions as needed.

Essential Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial information.

• Assist in the preparation and production of internal monthly financial reports and various other financial reporting deliverables.

• Assist in the preparation of various regulatory filings.

Other Duties

• Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.

• This person must be flexible, deadline-focused, and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Must possess the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• This position requires strong organization skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within and outside of the organization.

• Ability to meet job requirements with a positive and productive attitude.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.

Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
