Are you a Medical File Clerk with HR knowledge and experience working with PHI and HIPAA documents? If so, we are looking for a temporary office clerk to assist with filing responsibilities for approximately 6 months- 1 year in our West Georgia facility. This position will be a part time role (approx. 20-25 hours per week) with flexibility in the schedule between Monday- Friday. Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR customer inquiries via various intake channels such as phone,email, and chat

• Faxing new hire records and files to facilities

• Filing records and new hire files for the HR department

• Ensure compliance and tracking metrics are met and followed

• Manage and maintain HIPAA and PHI guidelines

• Organize and sort files

• Administrative duties as assigned

• Process manager requests for files and prepare files for audits
