Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join one of our largest industrial clients. This individual will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a staff of 50 employees as well finding new ways for continuous improvement and implementing processes on the shop floor. A qualified candidate will be an excellent communicator and leader who has strong mechanical aptitude and strategic thinking abilities. This is an onsite position based out of Kamas, Utah.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

• 6+ years of working in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to manage 50 production employees in a cell

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management fields

• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing) and strategic planning

• Must work 5 days onsite in Kamas, UT - Background working in pump/fluid handling industry

• Previous experience working as an engineer, machinist, or assembler

• Previous experience working with Oracle or Nomuda VisualFactory null
