FT: Social Worker Administrator, Dunkirk/Jamestown TCC offices are located in the heart of two larger cities (Buffalo, NY and Erie, PA) in a quaint, low cost of living area where you can find wine country, hiking trails, surrounding lakes and water activities, the home of Lucille Ball and the National Comedy Center. TCC continues to grow and expand in multiple ways, in which this position is moldable. We're doing a lot of good work and growing within the area being that one stop for all offering holistic, integrated care. We offer a number of services (chiropractic care, nutritional care, OT/PT/Speech, tele-rheumatology, etc.), including a mobile unit and also a pharmacy on site.

Purpose: The Social Work Administrator is responsible for ensuring successful day-to-day clinical operations and delivery of social work services across the sites of TCC. The Administrator will be primarily responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and quality of social work services at all clinic sites. Responsibilities:

Requirements and skills: 3 -5 years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare or medical setting. LCSW NYS License and College Degree. Working knowledge of federal and state regulations that impact clinic operations, including HIPAA. Ability to use MS Office programs, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Effective problem solving and ability to analyze and use data for decision making. Ability to embrace, manage diversity and build and maintain successful teams. Effectively interact with people and develop positive relationships while being tactful, respectful, and direct in communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible and extended hours and travel between sites as needed. Subject to drug screening, medical exam and reference check.
