Brightli’s top-line subsidiaries include Burrell Behavioral Health (Burrell), Preferred Family Healthcare (PFH), and Southeast Missouri Behavioral Health (SEMO). While these organizations operate independently and are governed by separate board of directors, their operations and services benefit from this model.
