The Azure Specialized team help enterprises deploy their mission critical workloads such as SAP, Oracle, Epic, and VMware on dedicated infrastructure services managed by Azure.

As a Product Management Leader in the Azure Specialized team, the individual will lead a group of talented Product Managers to define and develop Azure Specialized services . This opportunity will allow you to develop deep business acumen, hone your product craft and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• You will drive and coach teams to define business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions. You’ll also provide strategic direction in identifying long-term investment opportunities and will ensure teams engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.

• You will lead teams in defining a feature set and facilitate mid- and senior-level usability reviews with customers. You’ll oversee teams owning the roadmap for multiple feature areas across divisions, and ensure they build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.

• You will provide strategic insights to help teams scale Product Marketing by building marketing and roll-out plans, as well as ensure they create customer support plans. You’ll also drive them to promote the feature areas they worked on and oversee team presentations at large events.

• As an expert, you will help teams partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for technical needs in order to measurably improve product development industry-wide. You’ll also ensure teams identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers across sectors.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

• OR equivalent experience.

• 6+ years people management experience.

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management OR software development OR equivalent experience.
