Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Honolulu, Hawaii

Description

Join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii, as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide excellent customer service to our clients, both over the phone and in person. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment, strong basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a collaborative team-player attitude. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction, both over the phone and in person.

  • Generate reports related to customer interactions, sales, and other relevant metrics using Microsoft Office applications.

  • Assist other office staff with clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely resolution of customer issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly and professionally.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service processes and procedures.

  • Uphold company policies and procedures, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment.

  • Strong basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.

  • Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or office administration is a plus.
