Astrodyne TDI, a global leader in innovative power solutions, is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. This part-time role is perfect for professionals looking to balance work with other commitments while still playing a key role in our company’s operations.As a Contract Administrator at Astrodyne TDI, you will be instrumental in managing and reviewing various business contracts including NDAs, sales and purchase agreements, and rental contracts. Your expertise will ensure that all contracts adhere to legal and organizational standards and that potential risks are minimized through strategic negotiations and alternative solutions. Key Responsibilities:Compliance Assurance:* Guarantee that all contract activities comply with necessary military and export regulations.Contract Analysis:* Analyze agreements to identify and mitigate risks and ensure alignment with company goals.Documentation:* Efficiently prepare contract-related documents such as letters, briefs, correspondence, and other notices.System Management:* Develop and maintain a contract management tracking system to keep all agreements up-to-date and accessible.Collaborative Negotiation:* Work closely with various departments including Sales, Business Development, and Operations to negotiate terms and offer alternative contractual language as needed.What We Look For:Educational Background:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Law, or a related field. A Paralegal or Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification is highly desirable.Experience:* A minimum of 5 years in contract administration, preferably with experience in U.S. government or Department of Defense contracts.Skills:* Strong command of the English language, exceptional negotiation and mediation skills, superior attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Word and PDF.Independent Work Ethic:** Quick learning ability and competence to work effectively with minimal supervision.This part-time position offers 20 hours per week, providing flexibility to accommodate your personal and professional life.Interested in shaping the future with Astrodyne TDI?
