We are recruiting for an experiencedTerritory Managerbased inDelhi/NCR(India). This role will define, build, execute tactics targeting leading hospitals in the region for ORS & Gloves product portfolio.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Deliver secondary sales target for month, quarter & annual.

  • Profiling, understanding needs & requirements ofKey Accounts/ Hospitalswith reference to ORS & Gloves portfolio. Developing tactical plans to ensure growth both long and short-term from targeted accounts.

  • Identify, establish and maintain productive workingrelationships with key decision makers, customers. Build strong key opinion leaders with continuous marketing, educational and clinical engagements.

  • Required to be in operating rooms, Introducing ORS portfolio to key stakeholders, educating and developing interest using clinical selling approach.Minimum 4 days/ week to be in OR giving product demonstration.

  • Negotiating long term rate contracts, maximizing share of wallet and profitability.

  • Setting up the desired sales channel/ distribution for timely delivering and service to the account.

  • Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passionate about assisting HCP’s & experience of clinical selling in OR.

  • 8-12 years med tech/devices/Pharma/Life Sciences commercial/ marketing experience –Preferably having experience in Orthopedic Segment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences and /or business administration.

  • Worked with leading key accounts/ hospital across territory.

  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining work priorities.

  • Strong presentation & effective communication skills

  • Strong customer relationship management skills

    OTHER INFORMATION

  • Employee will be headquartered fromDelhi/NCR.

  • Employee is expected to do business travel as per requirement.
