Isec Inc Part Time Administrative Support Coordinator in Greenwood Village, Colorado
Reports to:? Executive Assistant FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary The Administrative Support Coordinator provides receptionist duties for the Corporate Office and assists in daily operations of the Corporate Services Department, may also perform other duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs reception duties including and not limited to the following:
Answering phones, directing calls, taking messages, and maintaining internal employee phone directory. ?Greets and screens all visitors, maintains sign-in compliance log, assists with inquiries as necessary. Coordinates and prepares monthly front desk schedule.
Performs office duties including but not limited to the following:
Opening and closing the office, ordering office/pantry/kitchen supplies, loading and unloading of two dishwashers, assist with mailings and maintain postage meter, handles UPS/FedEx shipping, manages employee access cards, orders lunches for Corporate/Executive meetings and trainings, schedules conference rooms, keeps conference rooms clean, fills conference room refrigerator with water and coordinates room set up.
Provides administrative support as needed for Corporate Services Division including data entry, accounts payable duties, filing, and other projects as needed.
Responsible for ensuring kitchen areas and conference rooms are clean and orderly.
Represents the company in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to minimum qualifications)
Education/Experience
2 - 4 years of reception experience
Experience working in the construction industry
Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience
High School Education or equivalent
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds, twist, kneel, and bend occasionally
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Intermediate skills and proven experience with desktop applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)?used in producing reports, analysis, recommendations, and solutions
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
Excellent organizational and time management skills including the ability to plan and prioritize work effectively under deadlines
Excellent verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Maintains high level of confidentiality
Ability to manage changing priorities in an effective and professional manner
