Details:

· Location: Frederick, MD

· 100% On-site

· Monday-Friday

· 8am-4:30pm

· 6-month Contract to Hire

Necessary Skills

· 2-4 year of office or customer service experience

· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

A day in the role…

· Handling of escalated account issues that are prioritized due to difficulty in breadth and/or scope.

· Conduct research, contact customers regarding resolution of issues, and follow up on any outstanding issues in a consistent fashion.

· Resolves account issues to improve customer relations while protecting company profits.

· Oversees routine account maintenance including, but not limited to, order cancellations, order returns, paid in full accounts, and equipment maintenance agreements.
