CACI is seeking a cleared Executive or Administrative Assistant to support an Army Product Manager (PdM) Office located on Ft. Belvoir, VA. Provides senior level secretarial and administrative travel support, and human resources assistance, supporting the PdM and others as necessary.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Individual's work may also include handling sensitive or confidential information

• Manage Product Manager calendar using MS Outlook

• Performs in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support

• Prepares a variety of documents, such as correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software

• Advises writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications

• May be required to train lower-level administrative support analyst

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, and greater than five years’ experience

  • Proficient in MS Office suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Proficient with Defense Travel System (DTS)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in Army Product Management office

  • Knowledge of SharePoint

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$64,400 - $135,100
